Yes. AurixCRM fetches the Shiprocket tracking link and includes it as a dynamic variable in the WhatsApp template message — giving the customer a direct link to check their shipment status.
Can I customise the WhatsApp message for each courier partner?
Yes. You can create different WhatsApp templates for different courier partners (DTDC, Delhivery, Blue Dart, etc.) and AurixCRM will route each shipment event to the appropriate template based on the courier assigned.
What if a customer's phone number isn't WhatsApp-enabled?
AurixCRM checks WhatsApp number validity before sending. If the number isn't on WhatsApp, the notification is skipped and logged — ensuring you don't waste WhatsApp API message credits on invalid numbers.
