AurixCRM is an operational sales management and CRM platform that facilitates lead tracking, team assignment, notifications, and social media scheduling (including YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter/X).
To use certain features of the Service (such as scheduling posts or receiving CRM alerts), you may connect third-party accounts (e.g., Google Drive, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Meta). You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials, and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to comply with the terms of service of all connected third-party platforms.
You retain all ownership rights to the content, media files, and messages you schedule or distribute through AurixCRM. However, you grant AurixCRM a limited, non-exclusive license to process, transit, and publish your content solely to fulfill the services you request.
You agree not to schedule or post any content that is illegal, defamatory, abusive, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise harmful to third parties.
AurixCRM is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AurixCRM and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service or connected integrations.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. We will post notice of updates on this page. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect constitutes your agreement to the modified terms.
